Garth Phillips is responsible for the management of China Basin, a two-building complex located in San Francisco’s rapidly growing Mission Bay. Prior to joining McCarthy Cook in 2002, Mr. Phillips served as general manager for numerous institutionally owned mixed-use development projects in San Francisco that include office, retail, hotel, parking and urban-tourist entertainment uses.

Mr. Phillips brings more than twenty-five years of real property investment management experience to his current assignment. He has been responsible for a wide range of leasing, marketing, management, development, construction, and real estate investment management related assignments in California and Texas. In addition, he is a former International Monetary Market and Index Option Market member.

Mr. Phillips holds a BBA/Real Estate & Urban land Development from the University of Texas at Austin.
