Michele Dianda is the Senior Property Manager of Parkshore Plaza, a 269,853 square foot Class A office campus in Folsom, California. She has managed Parkshore Plaza since 2001 and is currently responsible for all aspects of property management and financial reporting.

Michele has over 19 years of experience in the property management field. Prior to joining McCarthy Cook & Co., Ms. Dianda managed properties for such firms as Wilson Cornerstone Properties, Insignia/ESG, Inc. and, most recently, Equity Office Properties where she was responsible for the effective day-to-day management of a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of commercial office buildings, including Parkshore Plaza.

Ms. Dianda is a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Sacramento. She also holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License.
