Penny Maraglia is the General Manager of Trident Center, a 383,000 square foot Class A office project located in West Los Angeles. She has managed the property since 1990 and is currently responsible for all aspects of property management, tenant improvements, capital projects, accounting and financial reporting.

Ms. Maraglia has more than twenty-five years experience in the commercial real estate industry. She formed Maraglia Associates in 1985, providing management, accounting and financial reporting. Services were expanded in 1988 to include property evaluation, due diligence and construction management.

Penny is a member of Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Los Angeles.
