Financial
Analyst
McCarthy Cook is
currently searching for a Financial Analyst whose responsibilities
will include office property acquisition analysis, financial due
diligence, asset management assignments and a variety of office
market studies. The Analyst will work closely with MCC's senior
management to evaluate acquisitions in target markets. He/She will
also work on various asset management assignments including
property budgeting and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate
will have undergraduate degree in real estate, finance, economics,
or accounting. Excellent communication skills are required as well
as a strong financial background including proficiency in Excel.
Experience using Argus a plus.
We are looking for
self-motivated, hard working candidates who can think and excel
both quantitatively and qualitatively. This position will work in
the southern California offices of the Company.
Construction
Manager
We are looking for
a construction manager to assist our Executive Vice President -
Director of Development and Construction in our San Francisco
office. The candidate will assist and lead with the planning,
coordination, budgeting and directing of development projects that
MCC oversees throughout the western United States.
