Transportation

The Glenn Regional Transit Station is located adjacent to Parkshore Plaza and provides service to downtown Sacramento. The Sacramento Regional Transit District operates 97 bus routes and 37.4 miles of light rail covering a 418 square mile service area. Light rail trains begin operation at 4:30 a.m. with service every 30 minutes. Regional Transit also provides service to the Folsom Premium Outlets and Historic Folsom.

In addition, The City of Folsom provides Folsom Stage Line buses running Monday through Friday. The local bus routes provide a convenient way for riders to travel to major employers and points of interest within Folsom. The bus routes also connect with the Historic District, Glenn Drive and Iron Point Road light rail stations.

Parking

The project offers surface parking with a parking ratio of 3.5:1,000 square feet of rentable space and a total of 1,020 parking stalls.

Security

Roving security patrols after hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays. After-hours escort service is provided upon request.

Exercise Facility

The exercise facility is located at 620 Coolidge Drive and provides a variety of exercise equipment, shower and locker room facilities for both men and women.

Conference Center

Parkshore Plaza has two conference rooms available for our tenants’ use. The large conference room is available with accommodations for up to 12 people and the small conference room will accommodate up to 8 people.
