
Parkshore Plaza is a 55-acre master
planned campus style property featuring four buildings totaling
over 269,000 square feet of Class A office space. Parkshore Plaza
features high-quality interior and exterior construction with
efficient and functional floor plates to accommodate tenant
requirements. The campus was constructed in 1999 and was completed
in two phases: Parkshore Plaza Phase I (255 & 295 Parkshore Plaza
Drive) and Parkshore Plaza Phase II (600 & 620 Coolidge Drive).
Parkshore Plaza Phase I features two two-story buildings totaling
114,356 square feet. Parkshore Plaza Phase II features two
three-story buildings totaling 155,497 square feet. The
construction of the buildings is concrete tilt-up with a
California Mission/Stanford exterior building design with concrete
panels with a heavy sandblast texture and tile mansard roof.
The campus is
