Parking
The project provides two levels of secured, subterranean parking and three levels of secured parking at or above grade for a total of 1,402 spaces, or 4 spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet. Parking spaces are offered on a reserved and unreserved basis. Additionally, the project offers a valet-assist parking program to its tenants and visitors.

Building Amenities
The top level of the parking structure is developed with a green belt park area featuring picnic tables, benches, tennis courts, basketball courts and a cafeteria-style restaurant. The mezzanine level of the parking structure features an exercise facility with personal training available. In addition, the ground level of the west tower includes a Wells Fargo Bank branch and sundry store.
