As Vice President, Matthew Kaufold directs leasing and asset management responsibilities for McCarthy Cook & Co.’s Phoenix and Southern California investments.  Matthew leads the leasing and marketing efforts for the firm’s 1.0 million square foot Phoenix office portfolio in addition to numerous other asset management assignments, acquisition / disposition underwritings and market research analyses.

Matthew joined McCarthy Cook & Co. as a Financial Analyst in June of 2004, after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
