The overall building height is approximately 152 feet from ground level to top of the penthouse roof. The building is constructed of structural steel overlain with reflective tinted glass and painted aluminum spandrel panels.

Parking
There are 713 spaces, including 419 open surface spaces, 149 upper deck spaces and 145 covered spaces. The parking structure consists of two levels of semisubterranean parking. Of the open surface spaces, 15 spaces (including three van-accessible) are designated for the physically disabled and two designated as loading spaces. This provides for a parking ratio of 3.54 spaces per 1,000sqft.

Security
The building retains a lobby ambassador on-site Monday-Saturday and provides security cameras at the key entry and exit points, as well as the elevators. Additionally, controlled access via card readers are used for entrance to the building, the elevators, and the parking structure.

Elevators
The building is served by four passenger elevators, including one elevator serving a dual purpose of passenger/freight. Each elevator utilizes a geared traction system, providing an inside clearance of 6’7” width, 5’3” depth, and 9’ high with a door width of 39” and a 9’ height. Access is granted to the elevators by a proximity card reader, and the freight elevator is accessed within the main building lobby. Loading zone parking spaces at the back entry of the building accommodate this access point. All elevators were “modernized” in 2013-2014.
