Haley Hudson

Haley joined McCarthy Cook & Co. from California State University San Marcos, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Media Policy. During her studies, she volunteered her marketing and event planning expertise to local veterans’ centers, helping to develop fundraising events that promoted mental health awareness within the military community.

Haley became part of The MET team as Member Services Coordinator in September 2025. In her role, she serves as the friendly face of the property and the main point of contact for tenants – offering exceptional service, quick solutions, and a warm, helpful presence every day.

Haley also plays a key role in welcoming new members, coordinating seamless move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the community. She brings energy and creativity to The MET’s event programming, planning everything from fitness classes and live music to pop-up experiences that engage and connect tenants. In addition, she manages one of the property’s most popular attractions – the Food Truck Runway – keeping the flavors and fun flowing.

Beyond her operational responsibilities, Haley contributes to marketing, social media, and tenant engagement initiatives that reflect The MET’s vibrant culture. She collaborates closely with vendors, caterers, and local partners to deliver experiences that surprise and delight.
