Lindsey Stephenson

McCarthy Cook & Co. is pleased to announce that Lindsey Stephenson has joined the team as Director, Client Services at LUMEN West LA.

Lindsey brings a dynamic background in marketing, business development, client relations, and public relations. She has led company-wide rebrands, developed investor and client engagement programs, and driven revenue gain through strategic business development. Her leadership in content strategy, digital campaigns, and PR initiatives has significantly elevated brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining MCC, Lindsey served as Director, Marketing & Client Relations at Rising Realty Partners, where she oversaw marketing, business development, public relations, and client relations for the firm and its 6.4 million square foot portfolio. She also launched and managed the firm’s formal intern program.

Lindsey holds both a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama. In recognition of her early accomplishments, she was honored with the Rising Star Legacy Award by Lido Consulting Group in September 2024.

At LUMEN – West LA, Lindsey will oversee the REJUVENATE Fitness Center and lead LUMEN’s wellness program, further enriching the health and well-being offerings across the campus.
