Phoebe is responsible for office management, monitoring tenant work orders, and working directly with the General Manager and property team in order to ensure efficient operations. Phoebe is also responsible for maintaining the day-to-day relationships with customers and vendors.
Prior to joining the McCarthy Cook team, Phoebe received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California, Merced and started her own company, On PAR Consulting. As an independent contractor, Phoebe provided Executive Assistant services to several small businesses in Marin County including Sunrise Home, Suiter Business Builders, and her father’s painting company, Ross Painting.
