Its current portfolio encompasses 3.1 million square feet of space in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Mountain View and Orange County. The McCarthy Cook portfolio includes China Basin (950,000 sq. ft.) which the firm has owned since 1997 and is one of the preeminent life science and technology properties in San Francisco, and LUMEN WestLA, (575,000 sq. ft.) a campus on Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles that, when completed in 2022, will be among the newest and most prominent tech/entertainment campus in Los Angeles.
